Gmail, files and access.
Organised around your team.

Business Gmail trouble, files people cannot open or an account change? We investigate, make agreed adjustments and record what your team needs next.

We check file ownership and existing links before agreeing account or sharing changes.

A move or copy may change links or access. Options depend on the source, ownership and permissions.

Business Gmail

Domain and DNS configuration, accounts and agreed mail settings. Help with the setup you already use.

Drive & sharing

Review where files live, who owns them and which people need access before reorganising shared work.

People & calendars

Joining and leaving steps, user administration and shared calendars appropriate to your Workspace edition.

Available features depend on your edition and current permissions. Broader security and compliance work needs a separate scope.

Working with your setup

Know the change
before it happens.

  1. Map accounts & ownership

Confirm the task, domain control, users and where the data lives.

  2. Agree changes & cost

Set out the work, access needed, timing and responsibilities in a written scope.

  3. Check & hand over

Test agreed mail, calendar and file journeys. Keep a change summary, observations and next steps.

Setting up or moving to Workspace?

We can scope business Gmail setup and planned migrations. First we confirm your domain, edition, source system, supported data and migration method.

Mail, contacts, calendars and files are considered separately. We discuss possible disruption and changes to links or permissions before the move.

What shapes the quote?

Accounts, source data, file ownership and sharing complexity determine the work. Your quote identifies the included setup or changes and verification.

Google subscriptions and third-party tools are separate. Extensive file reorganisation, device management, training, compliance and ongoing administration require a separate agreement. Additional work is agreed first.

What should we send first?

Your domain, current provider, user count, desired outcome and redacted errors. For file issues, tell us where the files live and which people need them.

Access is agreed separately. Never send passwords, security codes or sensitive records in the enquiry.

Migration observations sit alongside the change record when a move is included.

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions

Can you help with an existing Workspace account?

Yes. Start with the Gmail, account or sharing problem. We review the current setup and identify the relevant changes and checks.

Can we keep our business email addresses?

Usually, on a domain you control. We confirm ownership, current services and the mail-routing plan before changes.

How do you handle files in personal accounts?

We review ownership, source and destination accounts, and permissions first. Direct ownership transfer has restrictions; a suitable move or copy may change links or access. We do not promise every file can transfer unchanged.

How is a move to Workspace planned?

We check the source, supported data, method and timing with you. A migration can disrupt work. We do not promise zero downtime or that every item can move.

How are Workspace subscriptions handled?

Google subscriptions and third-party tools are separate. Features depend on your Workspace edition, and any required tool costs are confirmed with you.

Can administration continue after a project?

Further administration can be discussed and separately agreed. A setup or migration project includes continuing support only when it is part of the agreement.
