What shapes the quote and schedule?
Pages, content, design, features and integrations shape the proposal. Deliverables, revision stages, responsibilities and launch checks are agreed first. The timeline depends on scope, assets, access and feedback.
Hosting, domain and vendor costs are separate. New features, additional revisions, extensive copywriting, photography and ongoing care need a separate scope. Platform and integration suitability are checked before agreeing the project.
What quality checks are included?
We agree on responsive, accessibility, performance and search checks for the project: readable type, clear navigation, keyboard use, narrow-screen layouts, appropriate assets, headings, metadata, indexable content, internal links and redirects where needed.
Significant issues are measured and addressed within the agreed scope. No search ranking, accessibility certification or fixed performance score is guaranteed.
Questions & answers
Frequently asked questions
Can you improve our existing website?
We review the platform, content and technical condition before recommending targeted changes or a rebuild.
Who provides the content?
We agree responsibility for copy, images, legal text and approvals in the proposal. Business facts come from you; we do not invent them.
How do revisions work?
We agree the review stages and revision allowance before building. Consolidated feedback keeps each stage clear, and additions are scoped before proceeding.
How long will it take?
Timing depends on page count, features, content, access and feedback. We confirm the schedule with the scope rather than promising one timeframe for every project.
Are hosting and maintenance included?
Hosting, domain and vendor fees are identified separately. Ongoing care is separately agreed, and hosting or infrastructure changes need agreement.
Will you guarantee Google rankings?
No. Useful content and technical foundations help search engines understand a website, but rankings cannot be guaranteed.
