Record checks on agreed pages, links and inquiry paths.
Your decision
Identify work needing approval and anything outside the care scope.

A report should distinguish completed work, checks still needed and decisions awaiting approval.

Care that follows the work

Routine attention.
Clear boundaries.

Choose work that your website actually needs. The platform, important features and current condition shape the agreement.

Work to scope separately

A compromised website, major repair, rebuild or new feature needs its own assessment and agreement.

Hosting, premium licenses and third-party services are separate unless your quote says otherwise. Additional work is agreed before it starts.

Maintenance does not include unlimited support or continuous emergency coverage.

Website already compromised?

Start with the website you have

A suitable site.
An agreed scope.

Share the website address, platform if known, current care arrangements and the features your customers rely on. We review suitability before accepting ongoing work.

What your quote makes clear

Any onboarding or initial repairs, recurring tasks and frequency, change limits, reporting, payment basis and response arrangements. Ongoing care and one-time work are distinguished.

Access is arranged separately. Do not send passwords or sensitive records.

Before you decide

Can you maintain a website you did not build?

We review the platform, condition, hosting and available access first. WordPress and other platforms are assessed individually. Unsupported components or an unhealthy site may need repair, recovery or specialist help before ongoing care.

Does having a backup guarantee recovery?

No. Recovery depends on a usable backup, what it covers, available access and the incident. Backup checks and any trial restoration need an agreed scope and schedule; a backup file alone is not proof that the website can be restored.

Are content changes included?

Only the changes and limits stated in the agreement. New pages, features, integrations or work beyond those limits are discussed and quoted separately.

What happens if the website goes down?

Monitoring, notification routes, response expectations and who contacts the host are agreed before care starts. A monitoring alert is not a promise of immediate repair. The cause may require separately scoped recovery or third-party help.

What should a website maintenance check cover?
